Refund policy
Our priority is customer satisfaction. Although we do not accept returns, hair may be exchanged within five (5) calendar days of the date that your order was delivered. We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered in any way which includes: brushed, combed, picked, cut or processed. Please Note: ALL EXCHANGE guarantees are considered void if the hair is removed from the weft, rinsed, permed, colored, lifted or processed in any manner.Â
Product exchanges must be for an item of equal or greater value. When exchanging for items of greater value customer is responsible for paying the difference. Once your returned shipment has been received and examined, if it meets the guidelines outlined in the exchange policy, your exchange will be processed. We do not accept order cancellations. All sales are final.
